Standing order terms

This is a recurring charge

When you place a standing order you are authorising us to charge the card you provide, automatically, each time a shipment goes out. This continues until you cancel it.

How often you are charged

On the interval you select at the time you place the order — every 30, 60 or 90 days. The first shipment goes out immediately; the next is charged and shipped one interval later, and so on.

What you are charged

The price of the items on the order plus shipping, in US dollars. Each shipment is charged at the price shown on your order confirmation. If a price changes, we tell you in the notice email before that shipment is charged, and you can cancel or change the order before it goes out.

We tell you before every charge

We email you three days before each shipment is prepared, listing the items, the amount and the date. That email includes a link to skip that shipment or cancel the standing order entirely.

How to cancel

Cancel yourself from the standing orders section of your account page, at any time, without contacting anyone. You can also skip a single shipment and keep the order running. We send a confirmation email once a cancellation is processed. If you would rather cancel by talking to a person, email support@rebornindustrial.com and we will do it for you.

No free trial

Standing orders are not a trial or a membership. You pay for the goods in each shipment and nothing else. There is no separate subscription fee.

You will be asked to tick a box confirming you have read these terms before a standing order is created. That box is never ticked for you.
