Disposable tapered polyurethane foam earplugs joined by a cord so a pair can be hung around the neck between uses rather than set down on a bench. Rated NRR 32 by the manufacturer. Correct fit matters more than the rating: the plug has to be rolled down and inserted before it expands, and a poorly seated plug gives a fraction of the stated attenuation. Single use.
