Privacy policy

What we collect

• Order information — your name, email address, phone number, billing address, delivery address and what you ordered.
• Payment information — the last four digits, brand and expiry of your card, and a payment token. We never hold your full card number.
• Technical information — IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visited, collected when you use the site.
• Correspondence — emails and call notes, kept so that whoever picks up your next question has the history.

Why we collect it

To take payment, ship your order, handle returns and refunds, keep the accounting records we are required to keep, and detect fraudulent use of cards. IP address and device information are used for fraud screening and to defend against disputes. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who it is shared with

• Our payment provider, to authorise and settle the charge and to run fraud checks.
• Carriers, who need the delivery address and your name to deliver the parcel.
• Our email provider, to send order confirmations, shipping notices and standing order reminders.
• Law enforcement or regulators, where we are legally required to.

Marketing email

We only send marketing email if you ask for it. Every such email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping notices, standing order reminders — are part of the service and are not marketing.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work: keeping your cart, keeping you signed in, and security. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Correspondence is kept for two years. Technical logs are kept for twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@rebornindustrial.com and we will respond within thirty days. Note that we cannot delete records we are legally required to retain, such as completed order and tax records, until that period has run.

Children

This site sells industrial supplies and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified by email to anyone with an open standing order.
